God i know it’s been ages since I’ve posted anything. Truth is this last year has been a crazy one for me. I don't normally talk about myself on posts but I feel like I need to write this down. This year I tried to get really healthy and fit, but instead gave myself a hernia (tee hee) which I still need to get fixed, I then got run over on my bike and now I’m having a few issues from that incident. So with one thing and another blogging took a massive back seat.
On a massively positive note my wife and I are expecting our first baby (girl) which I am over the moon about, so can’t wait to become a full time daddy !!! It’s crazy how so much can happen in just 1 year. And man, don’t get me started on the last 10 years, where did they go.

Contrast Podcast

I was having a converstion with my mate Tim and mentioned that i am doing a bike ride for The Briish Heart Foundation from Richmond to Windsor next week. So he kindly suggested that we do this weeks CP about Bicycles, i'm hoping this might drum up some more sponsors for my bike ride. So if any of you internet people have any spare pennies do pop over here and sponsor me. Would be much appreciated, good cause and all that :)

Charity Shops
My love for charity shops is ridiculous. My wife and I love nothing more than to have a mosey round, shifting thru the tonnes of records and cds / random things that get handed into these places.
People at my work think I’m crazy because when I’m bored at lunch time, I like to put the cds and records in order of goodness and I just can’t stop myself from making them look tidy on the shelves…maybe I have ocd? But on my recent lunch break excursion to the local charity shop they had an add in the window asking for someone to sort out all there vinyl they had out back…when I saw the sign I ran into the shop and said, yes yes yes to the manager..i can do this for you…….so for the last few weeks on my lunch break I’ve been going in there and indulging my enthusiasm for records and cds..and oh man…they had so much crap…about 1000000 records and loads of tapes / cds etc….there was a lot of crap…but I managed to sort them all out…and price them etc…and since then they have sold shit loads..so I feel quite happy about it.
And why is it that every charity shop always has an owl section…for some reason, loads of owl related stuff gets handed in and I’m pretty sure this is the same for every charity shop in London or even the world.
Anyway, the point of this post is just to tell you music heads to visit your local charity store; you’d be surprised what stuff gets handed in !!!
